Seller Profit Desk helps Amazon sellers identify likely profit leaks in ads, listings, and marketplace performance. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how to contact us.
Information We Collect
When you request a free Profit Leak Review or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, Amazon store or product URL, marketplace, ASINs or product names, estimated revenue range, estimated ad spend range, and the concern you describe.
The free public review uses the information you submit plus public product, listing, search, review, offer, and category signals. If you later choose a paid audit or selected case-study audit and provide exported reports, screenshots, or view-only account access, we use that information only to prepare the requested audit or follow-up analysis.
How We Use Information
- To respond to your request and prepare a review or audit.
- To ask follow-up questions when more context is needed.
- To send relevant follow-up about the report you requested.
- To improve Seller Profit Desk's audit process and internal quality control.
Email And Opt-Out
If you request a report, we may send follow-up emails about that request and related audit education. You can opt out of non-transactional follow-up at any time by replying with "unsubscribe" or using the unsubscribe link when one is provided by our email platform.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may use service providers such as web hosting, email, and analytics tools to operate the business. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the service.
Data Security
We do not ask for Seller Central passwords. Free public reviews use public product context only. For paid audits or selected case-study audits, exported reports or view-only access may improve accuracy. No live campaign changes are made as part of a free review.
Retention
We keep request and audit records as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, follow up, maintain business records, and improve the diagnostic process. You can ask us to delete your information unless we need to retain it for legitimate business or legal reasons.
