  1. Send the seller to the free Profit Leak Review. We start with public data, up to 3 ASINs, and likely leak points only.
  2. Keep the first step low-risk. No passwords, no Seller Central access, no campaign edits.
  3. Escalate only when useful. If private account data is needed, the seller can choose a paid audit or be considered for a selected case-study audit.
  4. Protect the partner relationship. We diagnose the profit leak and can hand the implementation path back to the seller's existing team.
